  Python is the new MSWLogo. This is where IT turns into Computing within schools. It is a great alternative to MSWLogo and is much more useful and i believe can be used with the Raspberry Pi - so endless fun and cross curriculum on the way - thank goodness Computing can be seen as fun again! Pros: Can be used for more than just programming on PC but in conjunction with Raspberry PiQuick and easy to learn and is basis for commercial use Cons: more schools using it
